Rick joined Abrigo in 2018 as an Implementation Consultant, helping financial institutions configure and implement the Sageworks loan origination suite.  Since 2021 he has led the Client Success team, working with clients to leverage the full value of their software post-implementation.  Prior to Abrigo, he led client services teams in the health care technology and Ag Tech industries.  Rick holds a B.S. from North Carolina State University and an MBA from East Carolina University.
