As a partner at PwC, Michael is dedicated to maximizing shareholder value through mergers and acquisitions, with a primary focus on banking and fintech. He has participated in over 100 transactions, collectively exceeding $100 billion in deal value. Michael has led the integration management office, overseeing cost and revenue value capture processes for these deals.
Michael is a strong leader, managing large multinational teams and contributing to the development of PwC’s deals platform go-to-market strategy.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Michael is passionate about the arts and serves on the Board of Directors for the Handel and Haydn Society, a classical music performing arts organization. Additionally, he remains active in community service as a volunteer for the Boy Scouts of America.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Political Science from Bryant University. He resides with his partner, Eric, outside of Boston, MA.
