Senior Director of Professional Services Delivery Programs

Brandon Quinones is the Senior Director of Professional Services Delivery Programs at Abrigo, where he leads program managers focused on driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across the Professional Services organization. Through the strategic use of data, automation tools, and AI, Brandon’s team enhances processes that improve both team performance and the customer experience.

Previously, Brandon led Abrigo’s Client Education department, managing industry, product, and content experts responsible for designing and delivering software training programs. With over a decade of experience as a strategic advisor to clients across the banking, healthcare, non-profit, and private equity sectors, he brings a thoughtful, cross-industry lens to his work.

Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
