Employee Resource Groups & Champions
Abrigo Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are employee-led groups that enrich the workplace experience with an emphasis on improving diversity.
Each ERG has an Abrigo Champions Committee member who creates DEI metrics and goals and makes sure DEI is included in all aspects of life at Abrigo. They also provide safe places for employees to address concerns directly to senior leaders.

Our diversity initiatives are essential to our company health, which is why they're ingrained in every part of our business. To foster continuous education on DEI, we have established ongoing workshops and training with The Diversity Movement (TDM) for all employees.

At Abrigo, our culture is important to us. We invest in Employee Resource Groups (ERG's) which have executive sponsors, a Champions Committee which is comprised of leaders from our ERG's, and diversity awareness events throughout the year.
